We would totally recommend a visit to Neo Fauna. It is a very small establishment, engaged in conservation and education. My children, aged 9 and 12, and I all learned a lot and were engaged throughout the tour. Plenty of photo ops. Lots to learn....More

We went with our 8 year old and got a your with David (who interrupted his lunch for us). He was very knowledgeable and patient, a natural-born teacher. They have only small animals (butterflies, frogs, reptiles, birds), but that's expected because this is not a...More

I heard so many stories from people about all the monkeys and sloths you'll see in Costa Rica.. it's not true. You have to pay a lot of money to look through a scope to even see them far away. So while driving around we...More

I'm not sure what time they open, we went in early afternoon. We did not book ahead, we just showed up, and they got us in right away.
