We were first timers and the staff was very friendly, spoke English and Spanish and made the experience truly memorable. Lunch is included at a local restaurant and the food was great as well. They take pictures throughout the tour that are available at a reasonable price (action shots included!).

We had an amazing time on the two tours we took with Iguana Tours. We started our day with Andres in Manuel Antonio Nation Park. He was extremely knowledgeable about the plants and wildlife. He was able to spot the smallest creatures and provided information about each animal we saw. We ended our day with Randall on the Night Mangrove... More

This was a great tour. Our guide, Andres, was very knowledgeable about the animals and the ecosystem of the park. We saw a variety of animals, most of which were very hard to spot. Andres had a telescope which everyone got to look through to see the often well camouflaged animals. After everyone had a look, he took photos with... More

We had two amazing tours with Iguana - Manuel Antonio National Park with Andres Morera and the Mangrove boat tour with Michael. Both were extremely experienced, knowledgeable, fluent in English, entertaining and excellent teachers. With Andres on the morning tour we saw two- and three-toed sloths (incredibly fascinating creatures), including mother and baby, Howler monkeys, White-faced monkeys, and a third... More

This may have been one of my favorite tours. We had an excellent guide. We saw a variety of animals, but wish that I had seen more. Doing this by kayak allowed us to see more areas. Some of the canals were only about four feet wide, so some had more difficulty navigating than others. This is a great trip... More

Pros: The guide was patient with everyone looking through the telescope at the wildlife, including quite a few bugs like dragonflies. We spent 15 minutes looking at a sloth before we even entered the park. Cons: As soon as we were picked up by the comfortable bus at our hotel, the guides started telling us that we should plan on... Hello dear customer, we are glad, you had a nice tour to Manuel Antonio National Park. Unfortunally you misunderstanding the intention of the guide. It is very easy, we need to be clear with this information, becuase many people is not clear with this: 1. The entrace fee is valid for one entry only. So they want to leave that... More

We booked water rafting through Best of Costa Rica DMC. Six hours tour, with about two hours of level 3-4 rafting. Four of us in a raft with Wesley. We had a great time. Good adventure, but we felt safe. Nice lunch and snack with the tour too. Midway rest stop with some people jumping off the cliff into the... More

If you do this great tour of the Manuel António National Park do it early in the morning when the animals are waking up and eating and not in the afternoon when they are on their siesta and you are sweltering with the heat. My guide was Fabian and I sincerely recommend him since he was very knowledgeable, had the... More

We hired iguana tours for a guided tour through Manuel Antonio National Park. They picked us up at our resort and guided us through the park, stopped for a refreshing drink and fruit at the Marlin in town, and brought us back. We were lucky to get Maurisimo as our guide. He has been a guide for 19 years and... More
