Back for the second year in a Row. First day offshore we started with a couple nice Sailfish and finished with a 500# Black Marlin! Second day inshore we boated ten Roosterfish, five Amberjack, and a Three Tail for dinner. Captain Rocco and Santos are first class and know how to put you on the fish. I would recommend them... I went fishing with some friends along the coast in surrounding beaches to Quepos. First, the boat is in great condition, very clean and safe. The crew made it possible to feel like being in family. They had all sort of cold drinks, sunblock and Santos (crew member) makes great sandwiches. The captain Roco knows all the good spots in... More

We went out with a group of 4, first mate Santos and Captain Rocco and had a great time and experience. The crew was experienced and worked hard to make sure we had the best experience. Even though we didn't catch any fish in the first half of the day, the second day was met with a couple sails, a... More

We went out 04/03/2016 for a full day off shore . It was the best fishing trip on a charter boat that I have ever experienced. I have fished in the Pacific as well as the Gulf of Mexico, it was by far the most fun and the best crew. It is my new bill fishing destination. My wife normally... More

First mate Jason (?) and Captain Rocco, hardest working people we have met. We are a family of 5, kids 14, 13 and 6 who enjoy fishing. It was a blast watching our kids catch sailfish for the first time. Crew were very experienced and knowledgeable. It was an amazing fishing experience for all of us.

Pez Espada Sports fishing was a great experience. For someone who had never been sports fishing before, the crew on board made me feel like a professional. After arriving at the marina and finding the boat, we soon ventured out into the waters. The captain navigated us about 20 minutes out, where we proceeded to bait the lines with smaller... More

An excellent captain and mate. Worked hard all day to provide the best fishing experience for everyone on board. Would recommend them any day.

On February 6, 2015 I went out fishing with some friends on the Pez Espada in Quepos/Manuel Antonio Costa Rica. We did a variety of fishing. We started buy catching a few Groupers, Bunny fish, and Mango fish. Then we began trolling for sailfish. We caught 3 sailfish and a Bonita. On the way back to the Marina the Captain... More

We went with the Pez because the boat we usually ue was having mechanical problems. The Pez is a decent boat but expensive compared to the other boats in the area. We caught 8 fair sized Maui in the morning and trolled for sails in the afternoon with no fish. They used only dead ballyhoo for boat and made no... More

so sorry to hear that your charter did not meet your expatiations. We certainly cant guaranty that all of our clients will catch certain fish but our crew does have a great reputation, years of experience and most usually can get them on something. Boat size, engines, fuel cost, amenities, and pricing from the other charter companies are all taken... More
