This tour was recommended by my partner who had previously done this a year ago! Even he said the tour had stepped up and included lunch too! We saw sights that you wouldn't normally see as tourists and a sense of authenticity and cultural awareness at its best. Thanks for the awesome experience!!

Fantastic crew, loads of great information and history given on the many stops around the island. The driving was brilliant and the final destination, deep into the island, with great views was well worth the ride. Lunch afterwards absolutely delicious ! Thanks, guys, would definitely recommend this, especially as a first-up activity

Vee is an exceptional tour guide, he's funny, knowledgeable and this tour is a must for your first time to Rarotonga. It gives you a great look at the "real" Rarotonga not just what they show you in the brochures. You'll see the sites, & the inner road of Rarotonga, you'll hear the story about the hotel ruins, the exporting... More

A spur of the moment decision ended up a great afternoon adventure. We have our own car on Rarotonga, and have covered a lot of ground, however being driven around was a pleasure, the view from the vehicle is elevated and so I got a different perspective from being the driver most of the time. Our guide was friendly and... More

This was a great way to fill the afternoon before catching the 10.00pm late night flight home to NZ. We should have done this tour first so that we got our bearings and understanding of the Island at the beginning. Very interesting information with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Rough going up into the interior but strong sturdy vehicle... More

This tour was amazing - the tour guides history knowledge of the island, the people and their way of life was humbling to see and hear. But the absolute best part of the tour is the humour!!! They're are so funny, you'll have sore cheek bones after spending the day with this crew. Totally hilarious. The lunch provided was just... More

A fun way to see the countryside of Rarotonga. Our driver was Mr Useless, who was not useless in the least. His driving was wild but fun as he chose anyway but the highway to drive. The other vehicle stuck to the tracks, but not Mr Useless. We had a blast. This guy was full of information about the flora,... More

The tour guides were great story tellers and shared the history of the island, their culture with some great humour. The tour takes you around the island and up the mountain for a bit to see some great views over the island. At the end of the tour you get a lovely BBQ-ed lunch while listening to some live island... We chose the Raro Safari Tour as our first big activity on our vacation. The tour cost less than $100 NZ and was well worth it. The tour lasted roughly four hours that day Doing this tour first gave us an overview of the back country and culture, plus it touched some of the more notable sites to see. About... More
