Beautiful easy trail. Hand Tram was a unique experience, a bit of work but well worth it. We hiked up to the mine and took the shuttle back to the Alyeska Hotel.

Omg! This ranks as one of the best things I've done. Such a fun experience- I highly recommend it! We drove directly to the trailhead up Crow Creek Rd (paved then gravel). Parked in lot at start of trail (there's a vault restroom there too)....More

Great hike! The hand tram was so cool. There was a line but that is not a bad thing. ... The people in front and behind you help you across.. the you get to help someone else cross.

Winner Creek Trail is an easy/moderate trail with a couple of cool features that make it worth the time. The hand tram is, literally, a metal tram suspended on a cable over the picturesque creek connecting the trail on either side. In the summer, there...More

2.5 miles one way from Alyeska Lodge and Tram - easy hike to what amounts to a beautiful tromp through a rain forest, awesome river crashing through a canyon and finishing with a hand-tram crossing over Glacier Creek. The trip back out goes faster than...More

There is a parking area on both sides. Close to the resort would probably be the safest spot to park. It’s lovely and easy.
