While we didn't see a whole lot of wildlife, this wagon ride was quite fun. The horses (Ernie and Isaac) were so pretty, the guides, (Annie and Kai) were very informative and fun! And we had a dog follow us the whole way! The dinner...More

What a waste! It has all the makings for a terrific adventure but it wasn't. It started with a 40 minute wagon trip into the wilderness. The guide was from a Soviet block country and had been in the USA for 2 months. She proceeded...More

Great experience and excellent food experience. Enjoyed the group dining setting. Enjoyed the tour of the gravel. Did not see any wild animals which was a bummer, but not entirely in anyone's control. Would recommend for anyone who wanted some outdoor experience.

Just a quick shout-out to the phenomenal guide, Hannah, for her expertise and her wit. She certainly knew her stuff, and made me want to request her as my guide next time. She's a joy!

Looking at excursions for the Denali portion of our cruise. The covered wagon ride with dinner sounds like fun (unless you are me, it causes anxiety as I have celiac). Is it possible to have a gluten free meal? I don't want to start and end my holiday sick (3weeks for me). I will send the rest of our party and I stay back with my protein bar (tends to make everyone eating rather uncomfortable).

Hello, We would love to host you and your group for a great back country adventure in the heart of Alaska. The pavilion where we serve the meal is actually a pretty big place and it would be easy for you to hang outside... More
Hello Stephanie, I am very sorry about your experience but I do not think it was with my company. We are located in Alaska and do not have rooms. I hope the wedding was wonderful and I wish you happy travels. Kind regards, Marilyn Usibelli Owner Black Diamond Resort Co.

I did send you a private message to let you know that we are located in Alaska so I am 100% positive we are not the same Black Diamond Resort that you visited. Anyway I wish you all the best.
Will be visiting Denali on June 22 . . interested in your ATV tours & covered wagon ride. 3 couples, so is getting 3 side by side ATV's possible. Also, I understand it rains frequently, so do you have ATV enclosures or heaters ? Not quite sure on timing of things yet . . . how far ahead to we need to book adventures with you or do you usually have available times without reservations? Are restrooms (porta potties, etc) available on the route ? Probably will be staying at the Denali Princess Hotel . . . how far is that from you? Sorry for all the questions . . . Thank You !
