We got closer to and saw more Musk Ox at the Anchorage Zoo. I hope the folks who run this farm find a better way to present these amazing animals.

I brought my son out there for an event. It was very difficult to find, for some reason. Once we finally found it, it was crowded and parking was a mess. Everything costs money at the farm and when you pay entry for an event, you're basically paying to see the musk oxen and nothing more. So my son was... More

This was a wonderful outdoors attraction. Before visiting this farm I knew next to nothing about a Musk Ox. The walking tour led by Dani was wonderful in giving my wife and I plenty of information about these animals and in patiently answering our questions. Well worth the time and money. Do stop here and increase your learning and see... More

So we took the kids here, 8yr. boy and 6yr. girl. It was informative and the flyer guide was super nice. You get to pet calves at the end. Oh and buy the way the sheerings taken from this animal are 500 times warmer than wool and one tenth the weight. The most insulating natural known to man. Cool stuff... More

Only Musk Ox farm in the world. Very informative tour that lets you get up close to the animals, if you want. We petted the animals and had a lot of fun watching the different personalities of the animals. I went with my husband, 5 year old and 70+ year old mom. We all had questions for the tour guide... These animals have the life! They want for nothing at the farm and are very well looked after. The lady that walked us around showed passion and was very informative. We came away with a new appreciation for the Musk Ox!

On Mother's day mothers are free. This a very pretty to go, not only do you get to see the musk ox but you can see Hatcher pass and all the mountains around. Getting round the farm is a breeze with walking paths.

My sister and I wanted to see the Musk Ox up close and personal, we enjoyed our tour and the short walk around the farm. Our tour guide was cute as can be and really did a good job with the presentation. Buy a raffle ticket to help buy hay for the winter.Worth the stop and small admissions fee.
