The couple that owns Natron Air is so personable and professional. Everything was enjoyable from start to finish, and the flight was worth every penny. Amazing view of the area. We are planning another trip with a group of friends and you can bet that a tour on the "air taxi" will be on our agenda.

Tim Pope is not only an excellent pilot, he makes the small plane experience hilarious and interesting. Natron air is professional, competent, reliable and provide the best flight seeing or bear watching on the Peninsula.

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon with pilot Tim. We had a smooth beach landing to view 7 Bears. Mom's with their cubs. We where so close up, making it easy to take pictures. After leaving the Bears Tim took us up to view a glacier. And the price was great ck. them out. Thanks Tim & Janet

Tim and Janet run a first class operation. This was by far the smoothest flight we have ever taken. Weather was misty and a bit windy but you would never know it, Tim is a great pilot. His beach landing was exceptional, and a first for us. I was not feeling well with a start of a cold when we... More

We took the bear viewing tour with Tim. Luckily for us the early morning rain had eased off by the time we took to the air at 11am. Tim spotted two bears clamming and landed the plane right on the beach near them within a few minutes of spotting them. Landing on a beach was an amazing experience in itself.... More

Tim and Janet run a great operation. Weather was uncooperative (as usual in Alaska) and they made sure we made it safely and were terrific company all the way.

We flew with Natron to/from the Silver Salmon Creek Lodge the first week in August. Sadly, the weather was rainy and overcast with a very low ceiling (it's Alaska -- gotta be prepared for the weather to dictate your travel schedule, especially to/from SSCL). We arrived at Natron with a weather hold on our flight (understandably). Both Tim and Janet... More
