Canggu Jewelry Making Studio offers classes in silver-smithing and various jewelry making techniques for both adults and children. Whether you are a beginner or advanced we have classes for everyone. One day and multi-day courses, private and custom designed courses are available to fit everyones schedules, goals, skills, and ages. A lesson in art and culture is an eternal gift and a shared happiness.

My partner and I completed a "couples class". Arranging the class was easy via email. We made a ring and a pendant for a necklace (as below). We quite enjoyed the class. We would have liked a bit more of an explanation of each step involved but this would be the only criticism. The silversmith tried hard to make the piece of jewellery as desired. As previous travellers have mentioned, be sure you have an idea of what you would like to make and also have alternative ideas in case the original may be too difficult to make.

I booked directly via their website, and called to arrange for a different starting time. The team spoke English, everything was easy from the beginning.
They accepted credit card, if you didn’t bring enough money and in case you need to buy more silver.
The lesson was enjoyable, every step was explained by a staff member. Must wear comfortable clothes, does get hot during midday even with aircon.
The store is located at the main road. However, to fetch your silver you must walk to the workshop located at the back street (worried at first) but you will return to the main shop after getting your melted silver.
I would recommend this and enrolled into another class during my visit to Bali, this was a great experience.

These guys are great! They help you figure out how to make the design you want and I was able to call at midday and be in the studio making my jewellery by 1pm that same day!

One of the best days we’ve spent as a family. We have 2 kids, 10 & 12 years old and we did a half day class. I cannot recommend this class highly enough. The boys made rings and the girls made bangles. We all walked away with something we worked hard on and were proud of. The staff were great with the children and very patient with us all. Thank you for a wonderful morning!!!

I have just spent the day at this Canggu Jewellery class. It has been a great day.
I chose to do the full day at a cost of about AUD 130.00. This included an amount of silver and tuition. I made a very beautiful pendant and chain and had time to make a pair of earrings, all for my wife.
I was guided through each step to produce an end product that I am very proud of.

Basil has a range of very good food that is cheap. It’s has excellent food all day. Thai beef salad and breakfast burrito are delicious.

We had the BEST time this morning, making beautiful silver rings! We were allowed to come up with our own designs, and the incredible and friendly staff helped make our dreams a reality 😍 Such a great thing to do while you’re in Bali! Perfect for solo, group or family travels 👌🏻
