Great stop when coming from the Cambodian southern boarder crossing going to Chau Doc. Truly a mesmerising place, felt like something from a fairy tale!

Enjoy a lovely boat ride through the sanctuary which is not yet too touristy! The mangrove forest is absolutely impressive, was definitely worth the visit!

Visited on our free day in Chau Doc, and organised through our guide. We spent a wonderful 2/3 hours at Tra Su. Arriving just after opening we had the place to ourselves, until the hoard's start to arrive from late morning onwards. As mentioned previously...More

Our timing only allowed for a midday experience which minimised the number of birds sighted. It was none the less an enjoyable experience which I would recommend to anyone travelling in this region.

Very interesting boat trip, fresh air and warm hospitality service by local residents. Should not miss this place when visiting Chau Doc!

Unique bird sanctuary well worth a visit. Chauffeured on watercraft. Best to visit as early in the morning as possible and on weekdays.

Great mangroves and a lovely path to cycle through the entire grounds c.16km route. Didn't see many birds though but the forest is stunning with well done paths in a square so a lovely trail!

Hi we visited vietnam mid november to end november and Chau doc at the very end of november. Perfect weather. not cold, not that hot and no rain.

you may watch the birds as long as you want, there are several stopps and you can walk trough the park for hours on its path :))

I would recommend tra sua. This is a special and beautiful place. If you travel from Cu Chi to Dalat , you can use FuTa bus, around 7hours
