took time out from sightseeing in Sapa for some shopping and stopped at Indigo Cat. It's a tiny shop on a very busy street. The collection of handmade jewelry, purses, clothing and beaded strings with colorful birds is great- along with reasonable prices. No pressure to...More

While I shouldn't spend more time for you, I think I have to clarify some points for our future guests. When I saw you I had directly a bad feeling. I knew that whatever we could do for you, you would complain anyway. Your teacher...More

Doing batik with Mimi was so incredible, it took me 3 and a half hours because I was slow (usually it should take about 2 I think) but Mimi was so patient and a great teacher. I loved the end result and Mimi was so...More

I purchased a beautiful blanket made by a H'Moung crafts person, as well as a very lovely tote bag. They have a good variety of items, well-displayed in a homey atmosphere.

Beautiful, handmade goods from Sapa-area local tribes. We got several blankets and other smaller items. This is high-quality, unique stuff, not the junk you find in every tourist stall in Vietnam.
