We were in Phoenix for spring break and looking for options to the pool at the hotel for the kids - ages 11 and 14. A local friend recommended wet n wild and so we planned to head over on a Friday morning. The park...More

We visited WetnWild on a Saturday in late April; the temperature was "only" in the upper 90s. Our experience was definitely mixed. On the positive side, the rides were fantastic according to the two young teenagers in our group. The lines were reasonable (10 minute...More

* Very, very, very crowded, even though we went on a Friday in late April. Lines for rides were extremely long. Over an hour per ride. * The main cafeteria was much like a cattle yard; people were pinned into a small area with people...More

We visited Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix in April when it was only open on the weekends. I think they have fun rides, at least for older kids. The junior part was closed and the lazy river was drained, as well. My kids enjoyed Mammoth Falls...More

This is a very family friendly fun day for a long day of playing in the hot sun, if you want shaded areas you need to get theirs first thing in the morning because there's not very many of them in for his lawn chairs...More

Do not go here. I got an infection in my leg two weeks before the health department notified them the water was causing health issues. They obviously do not monitor the cleanliness of water. They also do not care about consumers. They chose not to...More

Wet n wild is a mediocre water park that over charges its customers. The water slides are ok, but even though they're located outside, comparable to Great Wolf Lodge. The staff are generally nice but not very aware of their surroundings. Again, the staff at...More

This was my first trip to Wet'n Wild Phoenix and I had a great time with my son. We arrived when it first opened and knocked out some of the more popular attractions early (it DOES get crowded later in the day). I thought the...More

When we were there one third of the children's places were closed and the lazy river was closed. If you have young children they are not allowed on any rides even with adults. As we were sitting watching kids play we witnessed a life guard...More

I really enjoyed the water park. I chose a day that I was lucky that attendance was down. It was refreshing from the AZ sun and heat. I thought the Wet and Wild was clean in all aspects. It was an event I shall repeat!...More

No outside food or drinks but do they allow outside inner tube inflatables? I know they are for purchase in the park and given that they apparently charge for everything will they not allow us to bring them in? If we are allowed to bring them in is there a storage space available so as not to lose them or have them stolen?

The only place you would need your own tube would be the wave pool (which doesn't really have big waves), it's more of a large pool with swells. But all of the rides have their own tubes so I don't really see a need to... More

Hi! we are new travelers and have decided to go to to Arizona in October. However, we aren't sure where to go! We have 4 kids: 13, 13, 10 and 7. We will be venturing to the Grand Canyon for a day or so, but for the rest of our stay, we aren't sure where to go! This place looked great for our kids, but the reviews are mixed. Any other suggestions? I see that there are other water parks around - are they better? To all the parents out there: where would you go for the first time to AZ? We are NYers and want our kids to see all the beautiful/cool/fun stuff our country offers!!!

I grew up in AZ. I love the Phoenix Zoo. The Grand Canyon is gorgeous, I am glad you are going to see it. October will be good. It will not be too hot. The Grand Canyon is very windy, make sure to bring a wind breaker for... More
