We are in love with this course. No houses just enough water - tons of natural hazards - fun for all abilities and no stress The Round took us a little over 4 hours - but we took pictures at almost every tee - great views and animals Fairways and greens are in super shape for January and we played... A hidden gem with a great course layout. Play was 4 hours which is reasonable for this time of year. The course layout weaves through the valley floor and hills. There is water on a few holes. Men's white tee sloop is 118 at 6200 yards. Fun course and the rates will start coming down.

The 500 Club was originally founded by Tom Sneeva, a Indy 500 Champion and also a scratch golfer. I don't know if Mr. Sneeva has any ownership in the course today, but the course is a jewel. As many of you know, many tour pros live in the Phoenix area, and on occasion, can be found playing on the off... More

My wife and I recently played the 500 Club in Glendale, AZ. We played with a very nice father & son twosome from Canada. We had a noon tee time so the rate was even more reasonable. The carts were new with touch screen GPS. The carts did lack windshields and coolers if those items are important to your enjoyment... More

The 500 Club is a good place to play golf in the north Phoenix metro. Make no mistake, this is a public golf course so it does not have many of the amenities of many of the high end semi-private courses in the valley. What it does have is a nice layout, playability, plenty of room and no houses pushed... More

I have played the 500 club a few times and have always found the course to be fair and good condition and enjoyable to play. The food in the clubhouse is always good, quickly served and the staff is always friendly.

Great course with excellent club rentals (Ping). Cost was pretty good with ridding, rentals and 18 holes for under $100. Layout of the the course was stunning with great views of the LDS temple. Lots of blind tee shots though with strong dog legs that make first time rounds a little bit of a guessing game. Tip bring a few... More

What a great round of golf. Shared a late afternoon tee time with three friends, hawks, coyotes and all sorts of birds. Mind you I am not a birder, but what a good course and great surroundings.

We were staying in Carefree for our golf vacation and were focused on playing the golf courses in that area. We decided to buy tickets to the Arizona Cardinal game and searched for a course with an early tee time on the way to the game. The 500 Club was a pleasant surprise as we expected it to be a...
