This was a very nice experience to drive through the township. Was amazed by all the narrow little roads. The tour-bus operator had to maneuver a few times very clever to get around some corners. We ended up at a sports field for the VWSA...More

Township with close to a million people, tucked inbetween two highways in the middel of johannesburg. We had a guided tour in a van, visited a orphanage, buthcer, bar, made a walk through the area with the smallest shacks and played football with the kids....More

I had a guide with me who showed me Alexandra and the heritage site. Interesting and very different from Soweto.
