The Show was fantastic the bar is a nightmare on arrival we tried to order 8 bottles of water to be advised they had run out. Not bad considering the theater was about half full the eventually got more from upstairs, at the interval we finally managed to order as the bell went to go back in the the bartender... More

I feel sorry for this place not being able to make ends meat. It is quite good and the show that is on is enjoyable. I do suggest that they have a new shows more often as it is a bit stagnant. Worth a visit if you haven't been before!

My wife and I attended this show on our recent trip in South Africa. its incredible. We enjoyed so much. All music is performed by musicians and you can see them with their colorful costumes, etc. I can highly recommend it to visit it.

The African dance show usually on there is very popular with visitors. The restaurant, though convenient is clumsily run. The palce has a dilapidated air.

Small intimate Theatre. I've been a few times and enjoyed every single show I've ever seen. This is an old Theatre and you can also eat here. I only ate there once and the food was okay. I like the 'smallness' and 'intimacy' of this Theatre as opposed to large modern theatres.

Booked dinner and a show, my advice, have dinner elsewhere before the show. Kingklip R149, with cold stodgy veg and rice. Steak claimed to be 300g, our estimate no more than 220g. Could be a great evening out, try get restaurant to be the attraction not the convenience

On the recommendation of our concierge at the African Pride Melrose Arch Hotel in Johannesburg, we went to the Victory Theater to see a live performance of "UMOJA The Spirit of Togetherness." It was wonderful! It is a musical performance featuring a historical timeline of singing, dancing and drums of the indigenous people of South Africa. It is a visually... More

It still had the an old feel about it and provided intimacy with the show on stage, but parking was a problem.

Saw a great South African production UMOJA at the theater. Enjoyed the show and was especially impressed with the old feel of the place. Had a few drinks at the bar and the service was outstanding. There was parking in the facility, though it was rather tight. This is not a modern venue with all the bells and whistles, but... More
