The gallery's been around as far as I can remember. Popping in from time to time always yields interesting and engaging surprises.

Everard Read is an inspiring space. Pity we missed the Matthew Hindley exhibit, but we were pleasantly suprised by the other pieces. On display was now Guy du Toit's whimsical Hare There and Everywhere series.

This is a beautiful, airy space with niche sculpture gardens hidden around. Michael McGarry exhibit on now is great. Highly recommended for contemporary southern African art.

It was actually my 15 year old grandson who suggested we visit the gallery while we had some time to waste in rosebank. The gallery never disappoints - the displays are good - a lovely way to while away an hour

This is central for other art gallerys and the Ghandi museum. Not open Sundays which is a pity . Lovely art.

The Circa culminates upstairs... More
