We attended a concert. We have not been here for a while but it was as good as we always remembered. The concert experience has been upgraded and the organization around entry excellent. Parking is still a challenge but come early to at least get a parking.

One of the best gardens we have been to for sometime. There is such a wide variety of fauna which is well laid out in a spectacular way with the backdrop of the mountain range giving an imposing presence to the gardens. They are very well maintained and even if you are not a keen botanist you can enjoy the... More

Explore these superb gardens and explore more about the native flora of the western cape. We strolled around with lots a benches where we could stop and just enjoy the views, just behind Table Mountain. The shop is really worth a visit and we picked up some lovely, high quality gifts and souvenirs. They host really good concerts and there... More

Very nice botanical garden with a lot of flowers trees and some wildlife of ducks and birds. Nice sculptures in restaurants and cafes inside the gardens and nice overview of forest from canopy walk. Amazing mountain landscape as garden backdrop. Good location for a picnic.

Very well signed walks and stunning views and an excellent gift shop . Loved spotting the nectar eating birds and baby guinea fowl and hearing the start of a pop concert .

A visit to these gardens is a must. Whatever the weather or time of day, there is always something marvelous to see. The indigenous fynbos, so unique to the Cape, the various historical landmarks, and a launchpad to the top of Table Mountain with the strenuous, but do able, Nursery and Skeleton Gorge hikes.

Garden area is huge and beautiful. Busy with lots of visitors but people quickly disperse into the grounds and one can easily find a place for solitude. Several trails will take you into a nice hike and climb into Table Mountain National Park where you can get amazing panoramic views. A must visit in Cape Town!

We spent a few hours here although it wasnt the best time of year to get the full benefit from the lovely flowers and shrubs. A wonderful place to wander through & very good eating facilities to end the visit with. Good value all round.

We booked tickets in advance to the concert in the park. This was a great experience. The concert was classical music. The audience was on the lawn and brought a picnic type lunch with wine. Everyone was seated on the grass for the concert. Cape Town Symphony Orchestra did a great job.
