This was an amazing place to visit. We had a long talk with the man running the museum. He said they were moving to anew location. It was like stepping back in time. Very comprehensive collection. You could spend hours here.

This is a shame. Kingman has an amazing aviation history but you would hardly know it to drive around this former World War II Army Air Base. SO much history here that really deserves a huge gesture of memory such as a big museum, vintage...More

I WAS THERE IN JUNE 2016 WHEN THE AUCTIONEERS SOLD HISTORY TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. All the memories, all the efforts of everyone that wanted to keep the history alive; everything about the museum has now passed with time. I wish Trip Advisor would update...More

This museum was permanently closed in June 2016. The personal items were returned and the remainder auctioned off. Sorry to see this piece of history gone.

We visited here the last time my nephew was in town and we were all impressed at the large display and interesting facts.

This was an excellent tour given by a volunteer! It's eye appeal is not good, but the volunteer more than made up for it! He gave every detail of anything and everything in the building.

This is an old wooden hanger from WWII and is privately owned, and houses a lot of information from the area as well as a few planes and old vehicles. There is no public funding from the government and they cannot expand the collection of...More
