I was surprised to see how small the exhibition was. I did expect something much better from the National Gallery. I would not recommend going. The entry is in a form of a donation.

Some have stated “it’s not like galleries in London, Paris” (no kidding!)...or even Sydney but they haven’t thought about what South Africa has been through in recent times + probable under funding for the Arts. Water crisis at the moment is probably a much higher...More

There was some interesting work exhibited here, though very small. It would have been nice to know more about the artists and their inspiration.

We went to this museum and i can only describe it as "just ok". Not really impressed by both the quality and quantity which is displayed but it is ok. That's all!
