The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the Aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider grabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthral.

Entertaining outing for little ones, but adults may find this a bit boring - aquarium doesn't really offer a lot for them for the price yo have to pay.

The aquarium is next to the waterfront. A very nice visit which children & adults enjoyed a lot. It will take you approx 1h to go around. The kids really enjoyed the area where they could actually touch some plants/algae and sea stars.

Popped in here for a couple of hours with out 2 year old son. Great aquarium and lots of fun little bits for kids to play around with, as well as a puppet show in the play area. They're in the process of building a shark section, but even without it, a great place for kids.

A absolute must even if you don't have kids. The displays are very well laid-out and maintained, we loved the jellyfish tanks. Looking forward to your new shark tank.

What an experience to see our toddler enjoy all there is to see at the aquarium. The I&J exhibition is wonderful. I think the huge turtle steals the show. I'm glad to see that the restaurant had an upgrade. We didn't go in but it looks great.

It is a bit overrated, No Sharks Th kids just rushed trough the exhibits, I suppose because is at the most popular tourist destination (V&A Waterfront) that why is that famous. Compared to Umshaka it is not that organised. Price wise, I think is a bit to heavy for what offers.. I doubt when we are at Cape Town again... More

Not a lot to say here, i guess it depends on how many aquariums you have visited, in my case, quite a few. This is basically a good aquarium, and has a nice penguine exibit, great for kids. If you haven't done many aquariums, and have kids, it's well worth a visit. But if you have, then, over to you.

Great spot to take little children. The facilities are great however a clear path would make it a bit better

So December we decided to take the family to the aquarium . I must admit there has really been lots of improvement since I was there 8 years ago (yes even though I live in Cape Town we don't always have time to go and visit ) . Loved that there was more than one option for the kids to... More
