It was wonderful exploring the beach and catching some rays as God intended. I settled on the wide expansive beach first but moved to the smaller first beach when that started to fill up. On my way back to the car I explored the boulders...More

Sandy Bay is much more than just a nudist beach. It is a major nature reserve that just goes on for about 20 kilometres. I have attempted to reach the end a few times, where a few ship wrecks usually add some sense of drama....More

A quite secluded sandy beach which is not easily accessible to parking. Is only option for clothes-free tanning and swimming in Cape Town. All in all is worth the walking regardless of tanning choices as is indeed secluded.

It is not a family beach. Be also careful not to leave things on the beach and walk alone. For a better place, you can go to Llandudno beach !
