We were told we needed a guide to hike Devil's Peak. This is not true if you are in reasonable shape and can follow a few trail signs. Turn on to Tafelberg Road and drive 4KM to parking- past the Tram building and past the...More

It's quite an effort to get to the top. Take plenty of water. The view from the peak is absolutely breathtaking. 360 degrees view of our magnificent city, well worth the effort. Lovely to have a picnic lunch at the top. Budget 5 hrs round...More

A hike to the summit of Devil's Peak was awesome. Few people do this hike since most prefer Table Mountain. The views from the top are amazing! Absolutely recommend everyone to do this trek.

Did the walk to the top of Devils Peak in Jan 2017. Not the easiest walk, but well worth the effort. Views over Cape Town are stunning.

This larger peak is a stark contrast to the generally flat appearance of Table Mountain. It is the high peak that sits opposite of Lion's Head; when facing Table Mountain from Cape Town, it is the large peak on the left. This is a significant...More
