Eagles' Nest is cradled in the secluded Constantia Valley on some of the steepest vineyards in South Africa, allowing for the creation of rare, distinct and exceptional wines. From vintage to vintage, the wines consistently express the characteristics of each cultivar, giving a rounded complex structure with quality throughout.

Quality and consistency is paramount at Eagles' Nest. Our unique terroir combines with a passionate attention to detail in the vineyards, yields fruit that is crafted into wines which epitomise elegance, finesse and complexity.

If you blink you will drive by the gate of this wine farm and miss it. A warm welcome from the front of house staff will see you seated in the secluded and pleasant gardens. There is plenty room between tables affording patrons a degree privacy. The tray of mixed snacks is fresh and tasty, and the 5 wines on... More

With regards to the dog - we are a pet friendly farm with many visiting dogs, cats, bunnies and even a pot belly pig. We also have 2 resident dogs who are at the tasting room during the week. First time visit at this lovely wine farm. Came with friends and we enjoyed the meat and cheese platter with a bottle of wine. We asked for additional cheese and bread for our platter which arrived promptly. The service was excellent and the venue has a lovely setting. Will definitely visit again.

Enjoyed a great wine tasting and light meal in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Even though there were many people at the venue, the open air setting on the lawns under the trees does not make the place feel crowded. Highly recommended

We ordered the picnic. Table was ready upon arrival. The sun dried tomato quiche was awesome. An applause to the chef. The wines were great and we were served by Shirley. She was great, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped make our afternoon memorable. The area is breathtaking, peaceful. If I return to the area, would return

My wife and I came here using the HO-HO- buses which is a great way of getting there and back if you want to sample a few wines. This winery is one of the smaller ones in the Constantia Valley and is slightly tucked away. However, the wine is very good. We had to sign in at the entrance and... More

Thank you for your review Ross! We are indeed one of the smaller, younger farms in the valley and we are so happy you enjoyed our wines - we have a few light platters available for lunch or nibbles - our menu can be found on our website. It is very common to find our guests spending long lazy afternoons... More

I had the most incredible afternoon at Eagles Nest Wines with a rather big group of friends. Thulani, our waiter, was very attentive and catered to every need of our large group. After finishing lunch at one of the tables in the pavilion, we moved to the beautiful lawns and were provided with picnic blankets to laze on while the... More

Fabulous day. Lovely picnic. Staff could have been friendlier, but lovely venue. Would have been nice to finish meal with coffee, but they don't offer it.

Attentive staff who seem to have a good knowledge of the wines they are serving. There is a small cost for the wine tasting experience and some tasty cheese and meat serving platters that can be purchased to have with the wine. One of our favourite wine farms to visit as it is not very commercial and is often missed by the masses. Wine is good, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the platters are rather tasty.
