One of the newest tourist landmark listed by the NCR tourism department of the Philippines situated at Marikina Metro Manila. A bakeshop, garden restaurant and a chessplaza, Pan de Amerikana is the only place where you can have a taste of the historical 1950's Filipino bread called the Pan Amerikano. Giant sized chess pieces compliments the Chessplaza situated at its colonnade patterned like the ruins of Italy

We went here several times and I enjoyed their classy ambience and homely touch to the place and the meals. It is a different setting which offers a taste of something extraordinary. The ambience adds a lot to the food.

There are plenty of hole-in-the-wall eating places all over Marikina and this place stands out like an institution on Ordonez Street. Old-timers are sure familiar with the place. Although this is basically a bakery, the other food offerings are not bad. Just don't expect anything...More

Food here is good and so affordable. The staff including the guard are also very polite. Their pandesal will surely crave your caving and hunger for pandesal. it's kinda dark inside but it creates a cozy ambiance. Place is also very accessible
