Loved this nostalgic tram ride especially as it is free. The commentary gives you an insight into local life and traditions. Cannot believe it only stopped 30 years ago? It was so good we rode it twice..!! Seek this attraction out its worth the effort.

Estimado Raúl! En primer lugar queremos agradecer mucho el haberse referido a nuestro Tramway Histórico! Como Ud. sabe, es un gran esfuerzo de todos los Voluntarios que componen la Asociación Amigos del Tranvía el mantener este servicio ininterrumpidamente en forma gratuita ya desde hace 35 años! Por otra parte, queremos aprovechar para aclarar que, gracias a nuestra labor de rescate, preservación y restauración, tenemos en nuestra Flota uno de los últimos tranvías que funcionaron en Buenos Aires hasta 1963. Se trata del coche Nro. 3361, del modelo "FM", el plateado, el cual reconstruímos y remotorizamos integramente. Además hemos reconstruido unos de los primeros coches del Premetro porteño, el cual también está funcionando en nuestro Museo Viviente. Lo invitamos entonces cuando guste volver para conocer esos dos ejemplares de nuestro Tramway Histórico! Gracias nuevamente y un gran saludo Ernesto Falzone Secretario AAT&BPFL
