Being a non-Christian, was fascinating to get a peak into the 12 stages of Christ's crucification - absolutely stunning!!

This is a most peaceful place and well worth visiting. I haven't been there at Easter time, when they say it gets really crowded. Any other time of the year, I have truly enjoyed walking up to the top.

Few would have ever heard of Tandil outside Argentina. This is a lamentable truth. Tandil is probably not only Argentina's Best Kept Secret but also the country's most friendly city (although I must say that Argentines are very hospitable and really friendly). Beyond its religious meaning, the place is beautiful and worthwhile to see. The smalle chapel has unusual vitreaux with nice flowers, different to the usual religious of other churches.
