The route to Aconcagua is very beautiful. You can observe the beauty of nature, sometimes with closed valleys and others with small plains inside it.

Entrance fee is about $2 USD for foreigners. There is a short trail that is easy to walk in about 45 minutes, more if you stop for lots of photos such as we did. Special shoes and hiking poles aren’t necessary for the short walk....More

Sitting between the Argentine and Chilean border crossings. Views are stunning. Trek of about 1.5 miles is recommended.

Great road trip from Mendoza to the Parque. Nice hike with amazing views of the Aconcagua Mountain. No immigration necessary if you stay in Argentina

even in the summer it gets cold at that altitude , bring a jacket ! The excursion takes all day, we were picked up from the hotel at 7AM and returned at 9:00 PM

It was worth the trip. Beautiful views, valleys, rivers, small towns to stop and enjoy wonderful meals. Great day trip I Recomeded. We had a rental and it was worth it.

It's an easy hike, but a long ride! Not much else to do out there that would be entertaining for a toddler.
