Museo de la Patagonia is a great spot if you're curious about the region's history, as well as the tribes that inhabited it, their everyday life, and the battles they had to fight.

We enjoyed this small museum which has English signage on some but not all exhibits, It was good to learn about the local history, peoples and animals in this incredibly beautiful part of the world.

A small museum but a welcome relief in a very commercial Bariloche. Quite a lot of local and regional info and facts. It would help to have good Spanish here to make the most of it.

I enjoyed this museum mainly because of the historical artifacts. Lots of local taxidermy and knowledgable staff. If you have some time to kill, its a fun place to spend an hour or two and learn about the history of Bariloche and Patagonia.

Great for an hour! We enjoyed most the taxidermy and large mammal review for all North and South America. The populating of the Americas seem at variance with my understanding but that only prompted me back to my online resources. This fresh perspective was wonderful....More
