A lot of information about Ushuaia's history. The can spend an hour or a day depending on how much information you want to take in. Well worth the trip.

We walked to this museum located on the naval base. The building formerly housed the prison. The price was quite high and we did not have time to justify the cost, so did not go in.

Remembering that Ushuaia was once a prison, remind us of how little we cared about human rights... There is a whole area in this museum still original from the days were criminals were held here, in brutal uhuman conditions...
