Playing the Faldo course means lots of traps, desert and tough greens. The winds seemed to stay in our face the entire time. Greens are quicks and tricky. But, very scenic and fun.

Lots of sand traps at the golf course but they didn’t get in the way (most of the time). The course itself was actually very nice and I really enjoyed the time spent on this course. We even saw some local wildlife (bobcat, road runner,...More

Continuing my quest to golf all of the Metro Phoenix area... This course was easy to find on the JW Marriot Resort.   The bag drop was convenient and close to parking.    Had to hoof it a little ways to the club house, proshop...More

Played the Faldo track for the first time. Heard there was more than 100 traps on the course. There must be more! Not overly long from the tips or blues but Sir Nick anticipated numerous shots and dumped a trap there. He even throws one...More

Really nice course in great shape. Not too exciting and pretty flat but very well groomed and cared for. Play moved quickly. Really nice day on the course.

My husband played this course for the third time during our visit to Phoenix. I rode as he played. It was a delightful round of golf, and we both loved it. The staff was great, and the course was in great and beautiful shape.

When Arnie designed this course several decades ago he wanted to bring the illusion of multiple elevations on what was a flat barren desert. Those guys moved tons of dirt to create this land of berms. There are not a lot of golf courses that...More
