Course was great...

Was great to play this course...well maintained, traditional and old school. Cart boy was awesome. Pro Shop associates need a lesson or two in customer service...

This is a historic course in the heart of Phoenix played by past Presidents and movie stars. The course is well maintained and appears super organized but it's not. There are lots of amateur golfers playing and its slow. On a recent Sunday morning we arrived at the first tee and two previous foursomes had yet to tee off. Basically... More

About what you would expect from a middling municipal course, at $70 per player. Slow, bumpy greens, mowed pastures for fairways. Glacial pace of play. No rangers to enforce pace.

We stayed in one of the cottages on the property, and enjoyed a Tequila Sunrise or two...if you are in Phoenix you have to at least see the hotel for yourself! The grounds and the setting is gorgeous. If you are going to splurge, this might as well be the place you do it.

The resort is tucked away , and you feel a sense of elegance. The staff checks up on you frequently making sure everything is fine. The rooms are huge and interesting. Food served for our conference was top notch and didn't disappoint. The phone in the room is a relic and doesn't work so I had to go to the... More

We have lived in the valley several years now and tried the Adobe Course for the first time today. I am sorry to say that the course looks rough around the edges. More than they planned, the bunkers were full of rocks and weeds, the cart paths were in bad shape and the range balls were a joke. The carts... More

Lots of wow factors. Food could be a bit better and more diverse. Pools are beautiful and staff works well to keep it clean.

My husband and I take lots of golf vacations. He shots in the high 80s/low 90s. I shot in the 110s. I'm not great. But I can drive like crazy. Anyway, with that said I can typically drive to my husband's drive from the ladies tee. (It's my approach that falls apart) This course give you virtually no advantage from... More

Stayed here with friends and enjoyed the comfy room and bed. I can't say enough about how comfy the bed and pillows were. For me that's what is makes a great stay at a resort. A good nights sleep. Service is great. It was so easy and quick to check in. Upon getting into the room I noticed that whoever... More
