This is a fantastic park for a day with the family, or just to take a walk. There is plenty of space for fun and games, or a picnic. And there is a decent amount of playground equipment for the kids.

I went here with high expectations and I was a little disappointed. My family and I took the metro here and I'll be honest, I thought it was kind of scary! First, we explored the north side of the park. The grass was dying and...More

This is a great park for a music festival-type event. Wide open space, convenient location and the Japanese Friendship Garden is right near the park.

The park itself is beautiful but what's in it spoils it.Homeless dirty people, drunk and passed out Native Americans, pan handlers asking for money and not a cop in sight. You can also stand inside the huge Phoenix library and look out over the park. That would be the...More

It's a great expanse of grass over a freeway tunnel. There are some events held here, there's the Japnse Gardens, and a dog park. It is too often unsafe, inhabited by homeless and unpatrolled. Sometimes, mid day, at the end of a visit to the...More

I been walking trough this park during the last month to get to my destination and I couldn't believe this is the park my friends talk about insanely all the time. I love the set up, location and adorable giant shiny panda! The lightrail will...More
