If you enjoy viewing Broadway shows in a venue that is the right size, this is it. Although it's a classic , it isn't out dated. It is still stunning. The seats are roomy and comfortable. The sound system is right on. The seat line of sight allows good visibility. Parking is not too difficult . There are a number... More

Everyone loves this theater and the remodeling is outstanding, you will not regret going to a movie or or a show in this 1927 theater.

We have had season tickets for a number of years now for their plays. Once in awhile we come across a bad one, but the majority are great entertainment. So glad they have kept this historical building in downtown Phoenix. You will not be sorry if you attend a performance at the Orpheum.

We went to a performance of the nutcracker this winter and enjoyed the production very much. The Theater is very attractive and although this was not the best dance company, the use of lots of kids, a happy spin on the story and enthusiastic cast members made this an event we will long remember. Because it is not easy to... More

We went to the Nutcracker Ballet here. The theater has been remodled. The lobby area is modern but the theater area still has the old decorations. Was a lot of fun looking around and the Ballet was wonderful.

This place is just so ornate. It reminds me of a different place in time. We have been here for musicals, dance and plays. Just lovely. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house.

I attend the touring theater productions here. It's a step back in time architecture to classic theaters. Smallish so more intimate feeling. Not a bad seat in the house. Even if not attending a show, go see the building in downtown Phoenix.

This historical structure in intricately decorated with sculpted faces on the outside and detailed painted decoration indoors. Worth getting tickets to an event just to see the building. Free tours offered about twice a month from historical society. The main theater ceiling is painted in beautiful local style with mountains and desert sky, rather than a traditional elaborate chandelier.

We had the chance to see the Phoenix Symphony's version of Journey at the Orpheum and loved it. We have been to the Orpheum before and felt that this production was perfect for this event.

I took the free tour on a Tuesday. It's offered 2 Tuesdays each month and is well worth the hour! I went alone but there were about 20 in total taking the tour. We got the history of the building while taking a full tour of the entire building. We got to see it all!! Great tour still can't believe... More
