I went here for my early morning walks before going into town from my hotel. Wonderful place to be close to nature and enjoy ducks, birds, and large trees near the water!

Great trails. Weather is wonderful with breeze. Enjoyed the views. Perfect picnic spots. Going to come back and do more of the trails. Our trip was too short...didn't want to leave.

It's so fun this year! One of the jewels of Prescott. You will love this lake and it's surrounds. The wildlife you'll see will stun you. All the trails are easy and marked. It's a lovely hike.

A beautiful place and so close to Prescott. Looks like a great place to Kayak or just hike. Kids would love climbing on the rocks.

I saw one fisherman when we went, didn't look like he had a ton of luck. But there were plenty of spots to fish out there!

Did you rent the kayaks (and if so, where?) or did you have your own?

We brought our own kayak, but they did have kayaks/canoes for rent last time we were there. I'm not sure if they are always available though, so I'd be sure to call first and ask. The rentals were located close to the main... More
