Excellent small museum that displays artifacts and displays about people who have lived in the Prescott area. It will not take you long and if you plan to see other Prescott area museums, ask about the museum pass.

Even as a child growing up in Arizona I felt the humbleness in their quiet spirits; their gentle, mindful ways. The reverence you perceive when touring this humble remembrance of this band of the native Navajo nation delivers a slight glimpse into an understanding of...More

A small building that will take about 1 - 1 1/2 hours to visit. Great explanation and history of the local Indians. Well worth the time.

THis is a small but rewarding museum. The building itself is interesting, and the docents were helpful and friendly. This is a self guided tour that is reasonably priced. The pottery, jewelry and artifacts they have were excellent and the educational displays and presentations were...More

Tucked away in Prescott, is the Smoki Museum. You can easily spend a couple of hours there really studying all of the items and stories that the displays have to offer, giving you new insights into an ancient past.
