Fun train ride, Merry go round, picnics and history. A very nice afternoon. Tour the old train, walk around, have ice cream and have fun. Good for a few hours.

I saw a few people with dogs on a leash, so I am assuming it is. The didn't look like service dogs, so I think it is safe to say yes.
