Good round - overseeding went well

Good course and overseeding seemed to go well. Great view of the McDowell mountains and nice city views from some of the holes. I'll play this one again!

Although I am a beginner, the staff has always made me feel right at home. The course is beautiful and interesting. I have seen lots of wildlife including roadrunners and coyotes. The cart drives and ground staff are extremely respectful, courteous and even encouraging,

The course set up is very enjoyable. If you tend to "spray" the ball once in awhile, this is a good course in the desert. You can typically find your ball. Will be back.

I have been playing about one new course per week in the area. I am surprised this course isn't more crowded. The Course has a great bag drop and parking. Helpful starter, nice club house and bartender. They make a great bloody mary using Mr and Mrs T's mix. The course was very nice and in great shape from tees... More

The course has undergone a redesign and improvement in the past few years. The work has paid off in a very nice course. I played in May, the course was in very good shape for a desert course at that time of year. Most holes are fairly straightforward, not tricked up. The course allows you to play every club in... Great course! From arrival to departure the outside staff were exceptional! Great selection of tees (including easy to use combination tees) which provided for a good golfing experience for all those playing. As courses go in Scottsdale, this was more of a true desert style course right inside the city (so it was a nice short drive!) The only complaint... More

Met my son, from Chicago, and we began our golf trip here. I wanted a good then better then best experience and that's what we got. Played Quintero (better) then TPC Champions (best) and enjoyed all three. I read complaints about the power lines and although they were there, they didn't bother us. When you're not from the desert, the... More

This was our first time playing here and while some approach shots to the green can be blind shots, this is a nice layout. The couple we golfed with, this is their course, and they weren't forthcoming with the things to watch out for, we enjoyed our round. Things like, hitting a shot that one thought would be just on... We enjoyed our round at McDowell Mountain. The course was in good shape and the staff were friendly. We played the week of the Waste Management Open so it was very busy. That coupled with a frost delay made for a late start. Once we started however, pace of play was good. It is a nice moderate course.

This course is in fine shape. Scenery isn't as pretty as others we've played. HOWEVER... If you are running 2 min. behind a 4 hour pace (for a four-some), you will be confronted by a ranger. So much for having a beautiful day in the course. Rush, Rush, Rush. If you don't like that?... Don't play here.
