Beautiful area outside town of Sedona. Lovely drive. Cooler area than Sedona proper. Lovely hiking and plants. Cactus were in bloom!

During our stay in Sedona, we decided to drive up to Canyon Creek (West Fork) which was absolutely breathtaking! We actually walked a trail that took us to the basin of the canyon where we enjoyed wading in the clear, cold River water.

This is a beautiful drive! It is great to see all sites so drive slowly so you don't miss anything! There are lots of places to pull off and look and take pictures. There are also places to swim, but you will have to pay...More

A beautiful drive from Flagstaff to Sedona. The trees and water and the rocks were amazing. Was interesting that the temp in the canyon was about 20 degrees cooler than out of the canyon.

Had a wonderful afternoon tromping up the creek. Views are amazing. Can't believe how beautiful this area is. It's a must see especially if you like photography.

I've driven this at least 3 times and still enjoy the winding road and scenic views. The sheer beauty of the river & mountains never disappoints.

The canyon drive was okay, but we really enjoyed Slide Rock State Park. It was was extremely crowded, so get there early.

Drove down from Flagstaff. The winding road to down to Sedona had many beautiful scenes. Highly recommend it.

I would support all the places listed in the previous replies. Yes, take Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff and stop at the Dairy Queen where many of the Hopi's are selling their handmade goods. Their prices are better than... More
