Very beautiful

Even if you don't hike this trail, go to the trail, go to the trail head to take some pictures. The bridge provides a beautiful background.

This was a relatively short hike, 5 miles total. At the end you can enjoy a nice lunch next to the water and enjoy the sounds and scenery. Not hard except a couple of spots that have a steep incline. Wear comfy shoes.

Hillside, creek, wilderness and views of uptown Sedona - this trail has it all. There is a half decent drop toilet at the main carpark too. Parking is limited but most people appear to park on the road when the car park is full.

This was our first hike in the area and it was fun and beautiful... I would say it was moderate in difficulty, and there were different kinds of terrain.

The Huckaby is a hike that many folks love, but it just wasn't our cup of tea. Why? In this hike you descend initially and then after hiking to the bottom, you've got to hike up...and this is not how we personally prefer to hike. We'd rather work hard initially and ascend, so that our return trip is not as... More

You will end up down on Oak creek - beautiful spot for lunch or dinner, some good hills but not too too difficult. Try it.

I think this is a moderate hike. There are some very beautiful views. Sturdy shoes or tennis shoes recommended. Parking is limited at the bridge and the area is very busy. Like any public place use common sense and make sure to lock your car and don't leave anything valuable exposed.

open hike for awhile out in the sun, then going down towards Oak creek, you get into the trees... hiked it twice and never made it across the creek to the bridge.. water was too high.. to and from is about 6 miles

We didn't hike the trail, we just pulled off here to see what kind of views we could get by the bridge. It definitely is a nice turnout to stop and take some nice pictures of the canyon, mountains, bridge, and river below.

Although we did not hike this trail, we got some great pictures. The bridge and how it is built is an amazing example of infrastructure in this area.
