I went with a group of kindergarten kids and their mom's. All the kids caught trout and we grilled them right by the pond. It was very fun and exciting since most of the kids had never caught a fish before. We purchased the grill kit at the site, but you can bring your own grill items and picnic.

We took our family to the trout farm, caught lots of trout. Ate a few there using their grill and seasonings, took two home and ate later. The boys all had a great time.

After a morning at Slide Rock, we stopped at the Trout Farm on our way back to Sedona. My sons really wanted to go fishing. The "farm" provided the gear and taught us everything we needed to know from catching to cooking them up right on the spot. They even cleaned the fish for us! A great time was had... More

Went to the trout farm with relatives. It's a super cheap and fun activity for all ages! The farm gives you everything you need and then they gut the fish for you after you catch it. They have picnic tables and grills set up all around the pond. Everyone was able to catch a fish and have it for dinner!... More

What a marvellous stay we had here, we were blown away by the farm's natural beauty. Log cabins are very well-equipped with a ceramic fireplace, the views into the valley are unparalleled. And so inexpensive. The fact that there's no cell reception makes it even better. The ultimate family getaway or romantic hideaway!

This was our first stop on the way in to Sedona. For a perfect background of photos we stopped on the bridge and got great shots of the water and rocks. It was fun feeding the trout and looking around. Nice shady area on a hot day. This was our second time to visit the trout farm, the first time... More

I have never been fishing. We had a blast fishing and then cooking the fish we caught. My family loved it.

As soon our family arrived, my 6 year old daughter was sooo excited she quickly purchased food to throw into the small pond to "feed the fish." There were so many people standing around the little pond fishing, she wanted to try it. She grabbed a net that was out in the open. I thought it was for customers to... More
