Nice wines

We tasted a few of the wines, but you have to pay for the tasting and are limited to a few wines. Lovely range of wines and knowledgeable staff member.

After a more than adequate lunch we ventured to the cellar door. What a disappointment. Knew next to nothing about wine and notwithstanding the fee to taste dribbled out the wine in such small amounts that you could not really obtain a feel for the wine. We were last here 20 years ago. It is exactly the same except now... More

Having visited dozens of wine regions throughout Australia and internationally this was the worst cellar door experience i have anywhere. The man was obnoxious and dismissive. Telling us we could taste 3 wines only and then walked off as we were trying to ask him about the wines. We watched as he poured other tastings for other people without ever... More

Go here for lunch then to Jansz for refreshing bubbles The platter was one of the best I've had in 40 years of travelling and the chef was a delight to meet. She was young and enthusiastic.

A beautiful drive in through the vineyard, but its offroad so watch the hirecar. Very attractive building inside and out. Had lunch at the cafe. Service and food were okay without being spectacular. Not cheap. Very friendly in the wine tasting room. Good selection. Have a go at the lucky dip as probably the best value.

We (a group of five adults) visited Pipers Brook on a Thursday in early March for a wine tasting and coffee. The wines were (subjectively) ordinary and as you have to pay for the tasting we felt no obligation to buy. After the tasting (about 2pm) we decided to have coffee. One of the staff looked around, saw that all... More

Went on a quiet, day, staff very laid back, started with the wine tasting then went on to order a cheese board lunch, with a glass of wine, it was good but surroundings could be improved. the building does not take advantage of its surroundings, why have windows overlooking tables in courtyard when they have fine views outside the doors.... We had wine tasting while we waited for a table for lunch, we ordered the soup of the day which was curried pumpkin soup, and the pizza which was a Mediterranean! It was so big we couldn't finish it! And it was delicious

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and loved the sparkling wine & sauces we bought. I could have bought a few bottles, very nice.
