I booked a trip for our Vintage Hudson Car Club. This is a beautiful lake and the whole trip went seamlessly. It was interesting to hear about different features as we traveled back into the lake.

This was a nice relaxing river ride on The Dolly. The Captain is very informative in letting you know where the wildlife is. We saw bald eagles and Big Horn Sheep on our trip They have a snack bar and liquor and non liquor on the boat. They play nice music on the boat too. After we went to the... More

We took my elderly parents on the 90 minute cruise and it was perfect for them. Nice scenery, relaxing, and we could just stay on the lower deck. They allow early boarding for people with mobility issues, so that helped. This is probably not too exciting for more active people, but great for the older folks and maybe kids. Pleasant... More

First off, I wondered how the cruise we took could possibly last 90 minutes based on what I could see of the lake. The fact is much of the lake is hidden behind bends and around cliffs, making for one spectacular scene after another. Add the easy sightings of bald eagles, red tailed hawks, mountain sheep and rams, and you... More

This trip is always on our "must do" for out of town visitors and we never hesitate to join in even though we live in Phoenix. The scenery is gorgeous and something you just can't see unless you are on a boat. The family running the steamboat has been doing this tour for 30 years and are always very friendly... More

Not knowing what to expect , it was truly relaxing and informative cruise through the cliffs and waters of Canyon Lake. The Eagles , big horn sheep, rock structures and flora around the canyon were very nicely described by the captain and crew. We will do this again...

We have been on the Dolly Steamboat afternoon cruises multiple times and have always had a great time, so we decided to do the dinner cruise. We will definitely do this one again. Got to see a lot more of the lake, and the food was amazing!

This was an afternoon well spent. We pre booked our tickets on line and we're pleased we did as both trips ( 12 midday and 2pm) were sold out. There is a small restaurant beside where the boat launches where simple meals and drinks can be bought. We arrived early but other than watch the boats on the lake, there... More

This was a really fun cruise around Canyon Lake. The boat itself has plenty of seating for everyone and it's not too crowded. The narration during the tour was very good and interesting. Definitely one of the better things to do outside of the city. I would also recommend purchasing tickets in advance, but still get there early to ensure... More
