My family enjoyed the experience of the train ride and the entertainment; however, we were disappointed with the Cafe. I noticed there wasn't any survey for the dining offered on your property. We arrived at the buffet and were disappointed to see no one regularly tending to the stations. The salad option was a bit of a mess with only... More

You just can't be in a hurry to visit the Grand Canyon, so a great way to slow you down is to take the train from Williams to the Rim of the Canyon. It's slow, informative, fun, comfortable and affordable. Don't miss a chance to enjoy the whole experience of the Grand Canyon. Take the train.

Some of the food was not cooked properly!!The bar left a lot to be desired also; the bartender lacks skill and experience. She made drinks wrong and when she tried to fix them ,... More

What an awesome experience. The Grand Canyon Railway is the way to go. The views from the dome observation and the caboose were fabulous. The staff was very friendly and made the adventure one to remember.

First time for the family on the polar express. It was a lot of fun and the train ride was enjoyable. The chefs were funny and animated for even adults to enjoy. The drive there from Phoenix was pleasant and relaxing. Love the cold weather with snow on the ground.

Every child should experience the Polar Express. Adults will be transformed back to a time when they believed in magic.

This was our families sixth consecutive Polar Express ride. We always enjoy it. Even as a father in my mid 50's I enjoy wearing my PJ's and slippers (part of the story line) along with my wife and son to really enhance the experience with the other families. The train ride and atmosphere is great and just long enough to... More

We rode the polar express on a Friday and Sunday we were first class on the Grand Canyon train ride. It was one of the best trips our family has done. Loved every minute of it!

Thus was a great way to experience a return trip to the Grand Canyon. The train is nostalgic, the staff is friendly and the train ride is beautiful.
