We had travelled on the railway to the Grand Canyon before so drove this time. Went to look at the shops and see if the cowboy show was still on. Cafe and shops to look at as well .

This train travels to the Grand Canyon. It is fun to ride the old train. There are robbers that come on board. The scenery is nice. You get off at the Grand Canyon where you stay for three hours and then take the train ride...More

Great train ride from Williams, clean depot, quick boarding, lots of entertainment, clean snack car. Great experience for adults and kids. Roomy and comfortable train seats on Pullman.

A very nice train depot. Clean, spacious, interesting souvenirs to look through either while waiting for your train ride or when your day of adventure is complete. A short Wild West show was fun before boarding the train too. The ticket counter personnel were friendly,...More

The kids enjoyed the train ride, so I guess it was worth it for them. I would not do it again as it is a slow trip and it leaves too late in the day.

Amtrak has done a nice job with the Williams Depot. It's fun to walk around and see some of the old trains and get a feel for the vibe of railroading in another era.

Depot has a large assortment of t shirts and souveniers. The dinner and breakfasts were buffet style. It was ok...not great but ok. Looks like the buffet has a larger selection than it does because they have they same items on both sides of the...More

The suitcases that you're taking to the canyon need to be dropped off in the Railway Hotel lobby in the morning. They'll take them all the way to your room at the canyon. Extra luggage will have to stay in your car. You... More

I have not gone then, but We asked the same question about coming in January and staff stated it is pretty dead there as it is very cold. So the train should not be full. I stayed 2 1/2 days in the Canyon, so not sure of the... More

2007 we bought 2 Jackets, nylon with cotton liner. Outside had a Grand Canyon Railway & Resort embroider patch. Zipped with hood. I need to know if you still sell them. Inside label reads Times Square Sportswear

Can not answer 100% yes. We recall seeing some type of nylon jacket that was selling for roughly $50, but unable to say it is what you describe. The wife bought a hoodie sweat shirt versus a jacket. Sorry we can't help you... More
