So very nice inside. By simple I mean glass and wood. A frame and 360 deg. view of the forest while seated. I believe now non denominational and open for weddings. A donation would be most appropriate and being thoughtful of others while in the...More

A must visit for Eureka Springs. This is a very unique, beautiful chapel. We sat inside, it was very serene. They have a suggested donation, and you can take pictures (just be mindful of others, and don't disturb other visitors please). It inspired a spiritual...More

Worth the visit. It's not far from the downtown and very easy to get to. Went on a Tuesday and there wasn't many other people visiting it.

The architecture for his chapel is amazing. We sat quietly for about 20 minutes. It was so peaceful. Everyone was very quiet and respectful. I would say it a must see.

This is a very beautiful small chapel set in the Ozark Mountains in Eureka Springs. A surprising thing is that the chapel is built from wood, with minimal steel. Exceptional architecture. Not to be missed if in Eureka Springs.

This location was part of the reason for our trip to Eureka Springs. Could have easily visited on a Thursday if there had been any indication they might close on a Friday morning for a wedding.

Beautiful chapel in the woods. Services are still held here. Very peaceful setting. The same architect designed the chapel at Garvan Gardens in Hot Springs which is a much more grand version of Thorncrown.

Sorry for the tardy reply. Yes, it is wheelchair accessible although it is a long trek (about 200 meters) from the parking lot. Double doors allow for entry by wheelchairs.
