This is a very old hotel that has the ghostly past. The ghost tour is excellent for those who do not have a weak heart. The scenery is spectacular and the town is excellent for those who want to enjoy crafts and other excellent shops. Several restaurants and bars are also available but make your reservations in advance to the... More

We went on the Crescent Hotel Ghost tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is so much history to the building and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The tour starts on the 4th floor across from the Sky Bar and winds down through each floor until you reach the basement where you see a short video and get a chance... More

Even if you don't love ghosts you will enjoy this fun tour of the history of Eureka Springs, Norman Baker, the hospital, the fire and so much more,. Ask for Maid Marion and be sure to go to the morgue!

Excellent tour by Aunt Reba- made history come alive - not appropriate for kids sensitive to ghosts-but parents will have some explaining to do. But excellent experience

This was more of a history lesson but it was still entertaining. The information about the time when the hotel was a hospital treating cancer patients was interesting to hear. I would have liked to have seen a room and not just the doors but I understand people have to stay in the rooms. Fun but not really scary.

Maid Marion took my husband, brother and myself on a terrifying and exciting journey through history and lore. We were thoroughly engrossed in our experience and entertained for the entirety of the evening (even after the tour had concluded). This is a must visit tour!

We had great time on the ghost tour! Duchess Debra was our guide and she was fantastic! She looked the part as if she came right from the hotel during that time period! She knew all the information and gave over an hour of a fascinating historical tour! It starts on the 4th floor across from the Skybar (great pizza/drinks)... More

My boyfriend and I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Eureka Springs. We asked one of the local shop owners for a suggestion of something fun to do, and this is what she told us to check out. The tour was a little over an hour long. The tour guide did a good job, but it was almost too... More

"Aunt Reba" did a great job of telling the history of the Crescent Hotel and had us all completely enthralled and watching for signs of the spirits who sometimes let themselves be detected around the hotel. Several of us took pictures and videos to examine for sifns of "orbs" so who knows?
