Tried "The Works" with a 1 hour massage. The claw foot bath (with mineral salts) was enormous. The eucalyptus steam cabinet was trippy. The clay face mask during the massage was nice, and the massage was good (but not perfect so I'm holding back a bit on my rating). Very glad we tried it!

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage for our anniversary. The website said it was $140 for an hour. When we arrived we were charged $170. I told the lady that said she was the Spa Director that the price was not what was advertised and she just said well then the website is wrong. She refused to give... More

My daughter and I stayed one night at this hotel. Each room is a suite, with a bedroom and bathroom. Our bathroom was very large with a jacuzzi plus shower. The hotel is on a quiet street, full of wonderful Victorian houses. But a short walk down the stairs through the woods leads to another street; two blocks up and... More

I had never been to a bath houses before so this was a new experience. I choose to do the "works", which included a relaxing bath, steam room and a hour massage. Overall it was average, I didn't really like that you could hear everything around you because you are basically in one big room separated with walls and doors.

First, we booked a couples massage that was supposed to be $200 (per their website and conformation over the phone), but they tried to charge $240 until I showed her the website and explained I confirmed the price over the phone. Second, they asked if we needed to use the restroom and I was showed a stall...with two men standing... More

While on my honeymoon, did the couples deluxe package. Was money very well spent. Everything was just perfect and I felt like a million bucks when I left.

Stayed at the Palace Bath House Spa for the very first time. My husband and I travel to Eureka Springs every couple weeks and I decided this time to try somewhere new. I am so happy I did. The location is ideal. You are a 1 minute walk to all the stores in town, across the street from one of... More

We got "the works", and we were very happy with everything. I think the steam treatment was our favorite part! It was very relaxing, and the building is absolutely gorgeous! I would like to try the hotel next time we visit!

The massage I received was not what I wanted. He focused more on talking and working one area that he had to hurry through the rest of the massage. I did not partake in the baths or sauna because I had a jacuzzi tub in the room.
