I took the drive up Mt Sequoyah to see the cross and view of Fayetteville. Please adhere to the speed limit....tight roads, small neighborhoods. Its a quick stop to take a quiet moment, say a prayer if you wish and see the town below.

We have stayed at many different places in Fayetteville, but Mount Sequoyah is our favorite. It is not fancy, but it is clean and friendly and very hospitable. It is a mile from Dickson Street and 2 miles to the center of campus. With a...More

Drove up on Mount Sequoyah around sunset for the view. There was a nice crowd at the cross and not much parking. A great view of the town and beautiful sunsets!! Worth the trip up the mountain!!

Slightly crowded, yet probably the best view over Fayetteville! Definitely recommend walking around the loop on Skyline Drive and taking a stop here.

A lovely oasis right overlooking the growing town of Fayetteville. Nice, modest, but perfectly clean and modern lodging for not much money. The setting is a bird sanctuary and arboretum.

One of those mountain top church retreats that has been there forever. Lots of quaint cabins around public road. Great view of Fatetteville and yes-a lovers lane too.

Whether at the cross, or in the outdoor seating area, this is a great place for an intimate wedding.
