Great place to visit !

Guide to the castle was great. Its a little overpriced for what they offer but it's acceptable. There is a photo/video extra price and you cant use the flash.

A place where all is about history, art, culture, arhitecture and stories. Wonderful views, excelent air, such a beautiful mixt of styles. A visit here will convince you to come back again for sure. Guides in more languages. The tour was great. I recommend to buy the ticket for a complete tour (main floor and the first floor also). If... More

Good value for money, nice well documented guide (it wouldn't hurt not gossiping with colleagues between presentations though) and very clean and soothing surroundings. If you add a lovely weather and a good local guide, you get all the attributes of a successful day out in Sinaia :)

A must see in Sinaia, wonderfully restored, excellent guides, impressive architecture and sightseeing. Always a pleasure to be back there.

Having never seen a German/Austrian themed castle before it was a first. The external facade of the castle is impressive, however that is nothing compared to the internal features. Make sure you visit the castle during your visit to Romania.

I always thought, nothing tops Versailles, but as soon as I set foot in this castle I was stunned and mesmerised. I had never ever seen anything like it. Every room had a different architecture, background and stories to unfold. The tour guide was certainly one of a kind, graceful, eloquent, charming, professional, knowledgeable and humorous. Even though I was... More

It's not that old, built in 1875, and it's crowded, but seeing the thematically-decorated interior was worth the wait and price. Each room is styled differently, Italian, French, German, Moorish, Turkish, and filled with objected either acquired from those places or reproduced (so yes, it visually stunning but not historically important). Tour is required and given in multiple languages, English... More

This was part of our package and well worth the visit although we were in a group and the castle was crowded although we saw everything. It is like a fairytale castle set in lovely grounds. Would like to have done the upper rooms but we were limited on time. Not sure if you can just wander round but I... More

On a tour from Bucharest, got to stop and see Peles Castle in Sinaia, Romania. An interesting site to visit, getting to see a nice castle that was residence of the Royal Family in the 1920's. There's a museum on the lower level of the castle.

So this is kind of a must-do for tourists but honestly it was not my favourite thing to do in Romania. The tours are so big and fast it is hard to appreciate things. I felt like part of a herd of cattle. 5 seconds to look in the door and move alone. Difficult to hear the guide. Long wait... More
