Went for a brief visit (didnt check opening times beforehand) with the kids. They were kept busy in the interactive shed for about an hour and then we built airfix models in an art event that was on. Great fun and disappointed we hadn't given ourselves more time. There is loads to do and you can easily spend a whole... More

Great day looking at aviation in the past. A great learning day for the kids who really enjoyed the experience. Plenty of space to roam around with various hangars to browse through but the highlight must be seeing Concorde in all its glory. Bring it back.

I grew up in North Berwick and can remember when East Fortune had a hospital. Because of that I have been lucky enough to see this museum grow from it's humble beginnings to the fantastic museum it now is. If history or aviation is your thing then you must go and see this place for yourself.

Been here a bunch of times with kids and parents. All find something to enjoy from the displays and from the interactive stuff. This week we all participated in building an airfix model along with a load of other folk. Kids loved it. I loved it. The new hanger displays and movie footage are excellent. As are all of the... We visited for the National Museum Of Flight Air Show. It was buzzing! Lots of atmosphere and people. There was a good selection of food stands available. There are a number of hangers with interesting exhibits for all the family, some being interactive for children. Great day out! We would definitely go again.

We visited this weekend for me to propose onboard the Concorde to my plane-mad now-fiancé. With this in mind, perhaps my review will be a bit biased, but I think this is a really good museum. Plenty to see and nicely spread out so none of the exhibits were too busy. I think the investment they've made in the two... More

I became a member of the museum nearly two years ago (well worth it if you are local) it was a childhood favourite of mine, has only gotten better since and is now one of my 5 year old's favourite places on the planet. Definitely take a map so you don't miss anything, exibits are spread over the whole site.... More

Lived near here for years and finally got round to visiting! Well worth the (very reasonable) admission price. Absolutely loads to do and see, with the star of the show being the Concord as other reviews mention. Would especially recommend to anyone with an interest in military history as there is a full hangar dedicated to this style of aircraft.

Enjoyed a full day here and loved every aspect of it. The Concorde experience is brilliant, with a really interesting and informative (free) audio guide. We enjoyed the non intrusive way this was set out, allowing you to wander through as you were ready with no one glaring over your shoulder. The various other exhibits were all equally interesting, and... More
